Nigerian singers have been accused in the past of stealing concepts from American singers when making their music and it appears the table has turned as American singer,Pia Mia has been heavily accused and chastised on social media for stealing Phyno’s song.

Pia Mia’s song ‘I’m a Fan‘ is similar to a 2016 song of same title, a song by Nigeria’s Phyno,Mr Eazi, and DeCarlo.

A quick check of both songs shows that Pia’s version carries the same hook, samemelody with altered lyrics, and that’s not counting the fact that is shares the same title with the song dropped in 2016 by Phyno,Mr Eaziand DeCarlo.

Following a successful album listening party in London and another successful Industry Nite here in Nigeria, the rapper turned singer is set to release his second studio album.

The album which is titled “The Never Say Never Guy” has announced by Skales will be out on Monday, May 29th.
The information was made available by Skales from his Instagram account.

Skales wrote as follows:
