Today at Naijaloaded, we decided to compile a list of top Seven most beautiful campuses in Nigeria. If your university is not in this list and you want it there, use the comment section below and tell us why you want it there. Also, don’t forget that we want convincing facts.
Therefore, below are Seven (7) most beautiful campuses in Nigeria in descending order.
7. UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN (UI)
U.I is Nigeria’s premier university and virtually the oldest University in Nigeria. It originated from Yaba College founded in 1932 in Yaba, Lagos as the first tertiary educational institute in Nigeria. Yaba College was transferred to Ibadan, becoming the University College of Ibadan, in 1948.
The university was founded on its own site on 17 November 1948. Though characterized by obsolete structures, the University campus is still a site to behold and has never stopped being one of the most beautiful and breathtaking campuses in Nigeria.
In as much that U.I might not have deserved topmost position on our list, it would be a sin not to have it on our top 7 list of most beautiful campuses in Nigeria.
6. FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, ABEOKUTA (FUNAAB)
FUNAAB is the pearl of Ogun state and gives that part of South-West region of Nigeria a bit of repute. Asides being number 6 on this list, FUNAAB is the most beautiful Federal University of Agriculture in the country.
The University was established on 1 January 1988 by the Federal Government when four universities of technology, earlier merged in 1984, were de-merged. This led to the creation of the first two universities of agriculture in Abeokuta and Makurdi.
5. UNIVERSITY OF PORT HARCOURT, CHAOBA
The University of Port Harcourt is a university in the Nigerian city of Port Harcourt in Rivers state. It is in fact the only South-south University on this list. University of Port Harcourt was established in 1975 as University College, Port Harcourt, and was given university status in 1977.

ABU – the oldest University in Northern Nigeria is named after the Sardauna of Sokoto, Alhaji Sir Ahmadu Bello, the first premier of Northern Nigeria who was killed in 1966 in an Igbo-led coup consequent of his slanderous actions and inactions against the Ibos.
The University has one of the finest collections of north’s bests. If you want to see pretty hijab wearing Hausa and Fulani ladies then ABU is your destination.
2. COVENANT UNIVERSITY, OTA
Covenant University is arguably the best private university with the most beautiful campus in Nigeria. This is the third privately owned university on our list and the second university owned Pastor David Oyedepo led Living Faith Church Worldwide to make this list.
Located in Ota, Ogun state, the university beats FUNAAB hands down as the most beautiful higher institution in Ogun state.

Formerly called University of Ife, OAU is the best Nigerian University in everything on the surface of this earth not just structure wise.

Nasty C has pleaded with fans and has offered a R100,00 reward to anyone who can help him find a laptop, which was stolen by thieves during a house robbery at his home in Johannesburg last week.
The rapper took to social media on Wednesday evening to make the request, explaining that the laptop contained music he was working on for over a year. Nasty C’s record label, Mabala Noise told TshisaLIVE that they decided to issue a public plea because the laptop was very important to the rapper.
“Police have been trying to locate all of the items lost in the robbery but the laptop is very important to Nasty C and so we decided to appeal to his fans for help. The reward has been set at R100,000 but it is actually priceless because it contains the music he was working on.
It is a lot of music and all we want is for it to be returned,” Mabala Noise spokesperson Sikhulile Nzuza said. He said the search was centered around Tembisa after a cellphone stolen during the robbery was last tracked to the area.
Sikhulile said the company received a lot of responses to their pleas, but majority of the replies were just chancers sending through their demos. “We have had a lot of people contact us about the laptop but sadly most of these were just messages containing information or links to people’s demos.
There have not been any solid leads yet but we are hopeful,” Sikhulile added. Nasty C and four others were tied up and held at gunpoint at the rapper’s home in Roodekraans, Johannesburg last Wednesday. SAPS spokesperson Captain Mavela Masondo told TshisaLIVE thieves made off with laptops, tablets, cellphones and a Rolex watch.

The electoral body made the announcement on Thursday, adding that the gubernatorial and state assembly elections and the Federal Capital will hold on March 2, 2019.
INEC also said it would release the timetable for Ekiti and Osun gubernatorial elections coming up in 2018.
The Chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, who disclosed this at a meeting with Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) in Abuja, said that it has started preparations for the elections in the two states.
“The end-of-tenure governorship elections in Ekiti and Osun states will be conducted next year. In keeping with the commission’s tradition of giving all stakeholders ample time to prepare, the timetable and schedule of activities for the Ekiti and Osun governorship elections will be released on Thursday,” Yakubu said.
He added that INEC would on Saturday conduct bye-election in Eti-Osa state constituency in Lagos state.
“Only yesterday, we received the official declaration of vacancy by the Honourable Speaker House of Representatives for the Kware/Wamakko Federal Constituency in Sokoto state.“The timetable and schedule of activities for the election would be released on Tuesday.”
Yakubu said that so far 2,786,405 citizens have registered in ongoing CVR exercise of which 1,619,513 representing 58 per cent were males while 1,166,892 (42 per cent) were females.
“In addition, 108,752 unclaimed permanent voters’ cards were collected. The commission has also recorded 132,431 requests for transfer from original places of registration to new locations. We also received 261,429 requests for replacement of PVCs that were damaged, defaced or wrong entries of personal and other details.”

In a recent interview with People Magazine, the 45-year-old "Deepwater Horizon" star reflected on his troubled younger years growing up in Boston, Massachusetts in the 70's and 80's. As a teen, Wahlberg struggled with a cocaine addiction and regularly got into trouble with the law.
At just 16 years old, Wahlberg became a Christian after meeting a priest in jail while serving time in prison for robbing a pharmacy, assaulting one man, leaving another one blind in one eye and attacking a security guard. After he was imprisoned and charged with attempted murder, Wahlberg realized he needed to change, consequently turning to God.
"I think the fact that I've been able to turn my life around and really make my mom proud and become a better person through focusing on my faith, it always gives me great sense of pride to come home," Wahlberg told People.
The actor, whose latest film, Patriot's Day, tells the story of the Boston Marathon bombings, said he hopes his story inspires young people today."I know I've made a lot of mistakes, but I've done a lot to turn my life around," he said. "And I encourage and challenge people like myself to do the same, but more importantly, I want to encourage young people growing up in that situation first and foremost to avoid the mistakes that I made. There isn't anything you can't accomplish by hard work."
Earlier this year, the actor appeared in an online video in which he identified his Catholic faith as the "anchor that supports everything I do in life" and said he regularly prays for "guidance and strength in my vocation as a husband and as a father."
During a 2015 interview with Square Mile Magazine, Wahlberg said his faith makes him a "better man".
"It's the most important part of my life," he said. "I pray that I will live up to my intention to be the best husband and father than I can be."
Wahlberg also credits his faith for his massively successful career, which includes Golden Globe and Oscar nominations: "I never would have been able to change my life and have the success and love that I have in my world today without my faith," he said.
