JTE GIST:Black Face Gives Real Reason Why Plantashun Boiz Broke Up (Read FULL Gist)
In the late 90’s the defunct music group Plantashun Boiz held Nigerians by the jugular with their series of hit songs.
The group eventually parted way in 2004 and one of the members of the group, Black Face has come out to say other members of the group were simply ambitious and selfish.
The defunct music group had Innocent Idibia, aka 2face; Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo, aka Blackface, and Chibuzor Oji, aka Faze. Though the group came back together in 2007 to record a third album, Blackface and 2face can right now be described as bitter enemies.
Blackface has always said he was unfairly treated by his former group member. Blackface mentioned some of the factors that led to the demise of the group. According to him, one member of the group was responsible for the breakup as he was only interested in himself alone:
“Artistes are like footballers. If there is no love in a team, they cannot play together. Once you are in a group, you must consider the interest of everyone in it. But at some point, one of us was only interested in what he wanted for himself.
He was responsible for the end of Plantashun Boiz because he was selfish.” Blackface maintained that they could not work together as a group again. “I don’t see us doing things together anymore and I have no regrets as life is a learning process. If you hear that we are coming back, it is just propaganda,” he said.
He although admitted that being a member of a group could bring quick success in the career of an artiste, it does come with its on disadvantages as well “As a solo artiste, you make decisions for yourself. You do what suits you and you don’t have to worry about other group members.
Though doing music with a group of people is okay, being a solo artiste is better. That way, you can control your music.”

Story story story story o
I wanna tell you about a story
My mama tells me there's a God o
He's up the sky he sees everything
His ways and time are very different
Sometimes you call am
E fit be like say E no dey hear
But E dey hear you
Chorus
Baba baba baba baba
He knows everything
He sees everything
He can do anything
My friend is searching for a job o
He searched and searched and yet no work o
A woman is praying for a child
She prays and prays and yet no answer
But never worry
E dey hear you
His ways and times are very different
So sometimes you call am
E fit be like E no dey hear
But E dey hear you
Bridge
This is my story
(Baba E dey hear when you call)
Our father wey dey for heaven
We dey hallow your name
Make your kingdom come o
Make your will be done o
As e dey for heaven
Give us our daily bread
Forgive us our sin
As we dey forgive our brother
For na you wey get the kingdom
Forever and ever
Forever and ever

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB alleges that a clerk in their Benue State office has blamed a snake for swallowing the sum of N36million. The clerk has however mentioned that he never said that.
The missing money was supposed to be remitted to the agency.
Fabian Benjamin, spokesman of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, told CNN that a staffer confessed to auditors a snake had “swallowed” the missing money.
“She confessed that she had the money, kept it in a vault in the office but a mysterious snake came and swallowed the money. The staff and others in her category that are found culpable have been suspended and will be handed over to appropriate authorities,” he added.
The clerk, identified as Philomena Chiesche, denied the allegations, saying the exam board invented the story about the snake. She also accused the exam board of turning her in to authorities, who she claims still haven’t questioned her about the missing funds. She mentioned that she is just a clerk serving under senior officers and she is simply being used as a scape goat.
“I did not say any money was swallowed by a snake. Nobody questioned me about that case. I am just a clerk and I serve under directors who are accounting officers. I wonder why they are personalizing the case?”
Nigerians reacted to the story of a snake swallowing a whopping N36million from the JAMB office in Benue and a lot of people have blamed the incident on the corruption that is rampant within the Nigerian state.
Social media erupted at the nature of the allegations. A Twitter account was even opened for the snake and it has since gone viral. The country’s anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, has even come out to say there will be no mercy for any money-wallowing snake.
