Muppy who was taken a back by the strong force of all Institutions, Nans to a surprise birthday was speechless and almost to tears as the atmosphere could not hold back the excitement that filled his eyes. He thanked the Registrar, Mr Monday Danjem and the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sebastian Maimako for a good working relationship since his resumption to office.

Nigerian dancehall musician,Timaya is about to be a father again but this time not with the mother of his two daughters, Barbara.

LIB gathers that popular home decor expert, Tama is heavily pregnant with Timaya's 3rd child and they have been spotted together in Lagos several times in the past few weeks.

On social media, Timaya and Tama have also been dropping hints about their relationship with Timaya using captions like, 'when a QUEEN steps into ur Life everything changes....... Baby Daddy!'.

While Tama also shared the same photo with the caption, 'Blessed Sunday people ! My king and I... #obssesed'.


Going by the photos of Tama that LIB has obtained, she's heavily pregnant and due to have her child anytime from now.

The very beautiful and curvy Tama is also said to be a widow who has a child from her previous relationship.

A young woman who survived an accident that killed two other passengers has shared her testimony with gospel singer Frank Edwards.
The woman, whose name was given simply as Chalene, said she took a bus from Onitsha heading to Port Harcourt and noticed immediately they boarded that one of the tyres was faulty. She mentioned this to the driver but he ignored her. She also expressed her concern to the woman beside her but no one paid attention.

In the course of their journey, the car tyres bursted and the car somersaulted multiple times. The woman beside her who she earlier complained to died in the accident. A male passenger also died but Chalene survived.
She shared her story on Instagram and tagged Frank Edwards. She told him she was listening to his song titled Idi Ebube when the accident occurred.


She wrote:

Survivor. Jesus saved me. I came out alive and unhurt.

Facebook is on the defensive again over how it handles people's personal data. Under scrutiny this time is the company's practice of sharing information about its users with dozens of smartphone and tablet makers.

A New York Times investigation published late on Sunday revealed the scope of data-sharing deals Facebook struck over the years with companies like Apple, Samsung and Microsoft.

The partnerships give some device makers access to Facebook users' education history, relationship status, work, religion, political leaning and upcoming events, the Times reported.

In a blog post, Facebook confirmed some parts of the Times' report but disputed others. It said it forged partnerships with around 60 companies back when mobile phones were less powerful and app stores did not yet exist. The social media company said it gave device makers access to software only so they could build versions of Facebook that worked on different phones or operating systems.

"These partners signed agreements that prevented people's Facebook information from being used for any other purpose than to recreate Facebook-like experiences," Ime Archibong, Facebook's vice president of product partnerships, wrote in the blog post.

"We are not aware of any abuse by these companies," he added, noting that Facebook has been "winding down access" to the software.

The New York Times reported that Facebook also gave device makers "access to the data of users' friends without their explicit consent, even after declaring that it would no longer share such information with outsiders."

Facebook disputed that finding, saying that "friends' information, like photos, was only accessible on devices when people made a decision to share their information with those friends." But the revelations quickly drew criticism and concern.  "It's worrying that so many companies had access to this data, particularly in light of security and privacy concerns," said Michael Veale, a technology policy expert at University College London.

He suggested it's "hugely possible that other apps on some devices could have been mining this data if the privacy and security controls were lax."  US Congressman David Cicilline, who has introduced a bill intended to curb Facebook and Google's influence in the news industry, said the Times report raises questions about Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg's testimony before Congress earlier this year.

"Sure looks like Zuckerberg lied to Congress about whether users have 'complete control' over who sees our data on Facebook," Cicilline wrote on Twitter. "This needs to be investigated and the people responsible need to be held accountable."  Apple, Samsung and Microsoft did not respond to requests for comment on the matter.

Facebook is under increasing scrutiny from lawmakers, regulators and users around the world over its handling of users' data and the steps it takes to protect their privacy.

Argentina football stars are to play at Jerusalem’s Teddy Kollek Stadium on Saturday night in a World Cup warm-up match which has attracted Israeli fans, mainly because of world champion, Lionel Messi's planned participation.
But the Palestinians are not happy that the match will be held in Jerusalem and have threatened to burn Messi's shirts.
The Palestine Football Association chief, Jibril Rajoub wrote to Claudio Tapia, the head of the Argentinian FA, last week accusing Israel of using the match as a “political tool”.

“The Israeli government has turned a regular sports match into a political tool. As was widely covered in Argentinian media, the match now is being played in order to celebrate the ‘70th anniversary of the State of Israel’,” part of Rajoub’s letter said.

 Rajoub declared a campaign against Argentina and particularly Messi, noting he has millions of fans across the Arab and Islamic world, Asia and Africa.

“He’s a big symbol so we are going to target him personally and we call on all to burn his picture and his shirt and to abandon him. We still hope that Messi will not come,” he told reporters after leaving the Argentinian representative office in the West Bank town of Ramallah.

The stadium that will host the match is in west Jerusalem. The Palestinians want the eastern part of the city as the capital of a future state that will include the Gaza Strip and the Israeli-occupied West Bank. However, the status of the city generally is highly sensitive.
The match was originally slated to be played in Haifa but Israeli authorities contributed funding for it to be moved to Jerusalem, irking Palestinians further.
This is in the wake of U.S. President Donald Trump’s recognition of the city as Israel’s capital. The U.S. embassy was moved there last month.
