Vice Chancellor of the University of Jos,  Professor Hayward Mafuyai has handed over hostel construction and renovation documents to the construction firm responsible for the actualization of the project. Speaking at Zion hostel in the institution,  Prof. Mafuyai charged the contractors involved in the project to carry out a good job in other to actualize what the school authority has envisaged. He also stressed the need for the project to be completed in due time as students are eager to return to the hostel in good condition.

The hostels listed for renovation includes,

Naraguta Block A, B, C and D
Common Services Area
Zion Hostel A and B

while  a lined drained/centralization of water supply is to be constructed.
Also, speaking at the event, the director of physical facility , Arch Mrs. H Auta also revealed that mobilization for the project will commence on the 23rd of april.
